Warranty
Our tumblers come with a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your tumbler experiences a covered defect within the warranty period, we will gladly repair or replace it, at our discretion. Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact us at contact@thetembler.com with a detailed description of the issue and your order number.
- We may request photos or videos of the damage to help us assess the problem.
- Once we verify the warranty claim, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your tumbler.
- Upon receipt of your returned tumbler, we will repair or replace it (depending on the issue) and ship it back to you free of charge.
Care Instructions
To ensure you get the most out of your Tembler tumbler, we recommend following the care instructions included with your purchase. These instructions will typically cover aspects like washing, drying, and proper use to maintain the optimal performance and lifespan of your tumbler.
Replacement Parts
While our tumblers are built to last, sometimes lids or straws may need replacing. We plan to offer replacement parts for purchase on our website in the near future. In the meantime, please contact us at contact@thetembler.com if you require a replacement part and we will do our best to assist you.
