About Our Tumblers

  • What materials are your tumblers made of? We use high-quality materials, typically double-walled insulated stainless steel to ensure superior performance and durability.

  • How long will my drinks stay hot or cold? Our tumblers are designed to keep your drinks hot for 12 hours and cold for 16 hours. However, this can be affected by factors like initial beverage temperature, ambient temperature, and how often you open the lid.

  • Are your tumblers leakproof? Our tumblers with lids are designed to be leakproof when closed properly. However, we recommend carrying them upright to avoid spills.

  • Are your tumblers dishwasher safe? We recommend hand washing your tumbler with warm water and soap to preserve the quality and lifespan of the product. Please refer to the care instructions included with your tumbler for specific recommendations.

  • Do you offer custom tumblers? Not currently, but we’re always exploring new options! Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on any future offerings.

Ordering & Shipping

  • Where do you ship to? Currently, we ship tumblers to addresses within the United States and its territories.

  • How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your chosen shipping method. You will see the estimated shipping cost before you finalize your order.

  • How long does it take to receive my order? We aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your confirmed order. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 within the US.

  • Can I track my order? Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
