Damages

  • If your tumbler arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receipt at contact@thetembler.com.
  • We will require photos of the damage and the packaging for verification.
  • We will then offer you a replacement tumbler or a full refund.

Warranties

  • Our tumblers come with a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • To make a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@thetembler.com with your proof of purchase.
